What is healing coaching?
My clients ask me very often what healing coaching means?
People use different words to describe healing, like: peace, love and the process of becoming whole. One of the definitions says about healing: “recovering from na unhappy experience”. In fact, healing is the fastest and most secure way to ensure a full transformation of mind, body, and soul. It helps you release physical, emotional, and mental blocks and behaviors that keep you limited in your potential and true health.
Healing moves you closer to your authentic self. It helps you experience greater peace, balance and freedom. It is also instrumental in helping you live your true potential.
Healing is a never-ending journey of self-discovery.
Before you set off on that journey, first and foremost you need to make peace with yourself. Once you reach such state, you will undergo a complete transformation. Every morning you will wake up full of energy and ready for a new day which will bring you new opportunities. When you look in a mirror, you will see a happy face and you will easily and honestly say to yourself: ‘I am glad I can see you’. You will go to work you are happy with and when you come back home your loved one will be waiting for you and deep down inside you will know he or she is the one. You will live a life of passion, you will develop your skills and reach the goals you established. Finally, when you are at the end of your life, you will look back and doubtlessly say ‘I did not waste my time’.
Healing coaching is about taking you to a place where you dream to be and where you dare to be. To a place of peace, fulfillment, love and happiness. However, in order to transform your life, first you need to believe that you are your own healer and that you are worthy of your desires.
